In addition, superficial imperfections may occur, such as layer seams, visible lines. FDM 3d printing is not solid (100% infill), various levels of infill is used to reduce time printing, cost, weight, and waste while maintaining the best quality and structure possible. (shell with infill).

If there is a problem with shipping, the claim will need to go through the shipping carrier, as the product is out of our hands after shipping. We are not responsible for shipping or holiday delays.
If there is an error on our part, the item will need to be returned to us to be inspected for future quality control. Prior authorization is required. A return shipping label will be sent upon approval and item must be packaged in comparable packaging to which it was received. Only returns requested within 24 hours of receiving your order will be accepted.
📌Larger orders may be packaged differently than small orders. We will package the orders for the safest transportation of the product to prevent damage. Larger orders may require a longer time frame.
